Dale has been litigating real estate, construction, and business matters for over 20 years. - Represented a subcontractor in a complex jury trial involving multiple parties, claims, counterclaims, and cross claims, that was tried to verdict. Client was awarded $1.6 million.
- Prevailed on behalf of a bank REO department in a quiet title action to correct a title problem caused by a clerical mistake in the legal description on the recorded documents.
- Negotiated resolution of dispute between a bank REO department and an HOA involving the obligation to purchase a golf membership when title to property located in a golf community was transferred to the bank through non-judicial foreclosure.
