Ronald Blake is a third generation Arizona native. He has practiced law in the Phoenix area since 1974, when he graduated from the Arizona State University College of Law. Ron focuses his practice on helping small businesses reach their full potential. While he has extensive experience in commercial litigation, Ron now devotes most of his time to business and real estate transactions, such as business planning and entity formation, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and leases, and buying and selling businesses and real estate.
