Before entering the legal profession, Randolph built a strong foundation in the banking industry, where she spent seven years gaining expertise in operations, claims, and procedural development. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies cum laude from Arizona State University. She later returned to ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law as a Willard H. Pederick Scholar, where she excelled in Moot Court and received the CALI Award for Professional Responsibility.
