SARAH RANDOLPH, ESQ.

Sarah Randolph is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning, probate, and trust administration with clarity, care, and personalized attention. She believes in making the attorney-client relationship both approachable and empowering, with a focus on clear communication and practical solutions.

Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and began her professional career in the banking industry, where she spent seven years developing deep expertise in retail banking, fraud and non-fraud claims, operations, and procedure writing. During this time, she earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix, sharpening her analytical and business skills.

She later returned to ASU to attend the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she was recognized as a Willard H. Pederick Scholar. Sarah was active in Moot Court and earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Professional Responsibility. She also interned at both the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.

Sarah’s prior experience in banking provides a distinct advantage in her legal practice. She brings a streamlined, efficient approach to estate and trust matters, particularly when assisting clients with account updates, trust funding, and asset gathering during probate.

She volunteers with the Arizona Justice Project, where she reviews criminal cases for signs of wrongful conviction or manifest injustice. Her responsibilities include reviewing complete case records—from initial charges to appeals and habeas petitions—and drafting detailed memos to support further investigation by the organization.

Sarah also serves as a board member of the Estate Planning, Probate & Trust (EPPT) Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her three children, cheering them on at swim meets, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.
